In the last week, we have received a large batch of Vavona burl. Vavona is the name for the wood made of the root burl of the giant Redwoods.
Overall, it is a nice batch and as lovely as a cream cake! But a picture is worth a thousand words - as in this case too.

This batch will now be separated in the sawmill and also has to dry, of course.
